Bowlyou's Ice Cream And Grill And Constellation Coffee Is A Wonderful Combination, Doc Says

I roll over and stare at my alarm clock. It displays 4am, I smile to myself and roll back over, flip my pillow to the cool side and drift back to sleep. Miles away from me, Barista Jeremy Hull is up and moving. In one short hour coffee will be brewed, drinks will be made, a flavoring of non-alcoholic mixed energy drinks will find there way into the hands of Nurses, Teachers, Factory Workers, and everyday folks that line up at Constellation Coffee via Bowlyou’s Ice Cream and Grill . Drinks named from the farthest reaches of space, with flavors out of this world. All of it the love child... Read More

Ever Notice That The Media Pushes Celebrity Stories To Distract Us From Actual News?

The Royal Family! Taylor dating Jen’s ex! Kanye West says something stupid! Ever notice that the more heinous things get regarding the economy, wars, presidential scandals, etc., the more intensely the media ignores the real news to concentrate on either celebrity scandals or deviant crimes? Sometimes I wonder if there’s a grand conspiracy regarding celebrities as well. What if celebrities are nothing but programmed Manchurian candidates, Stepford performers, who are hypnotized and controlled by secret government handlers who then program them to do silly crap to distract the masses every time... Read More

No Lie, Key Lime At Cooks And Cuffs Is The Truth, Doc Says

Get you a man that looks at you like I looked at this Key Lime Pie by Cook and Cuffs by Chef Keys. First off that’s get rid of the sticker shock. A whole key lime pie is 40$ from Chef Keys. For all the haters in the comments, shush your mouth. Guaranteed your happy to pay for that 2020 Chevy sitting in your driveway compared to the 86 Plymouth Horizon sitting that could get you from point A to B the same way. I’ve tasted the best Key Lime Pie in the country. I’ve walked out of a restuarant after one bite in . This Pie is on par with the best. Where’s the best?... Read More

Are There Special Businesses That Are Just For Vampires?

Are There Special Businesses That Are Just For Vampires?

I just got a friend request from a Hotel. The Super 8 in Moline. I approved the request, as I normally do approve requests from commercial entities seeking to pad their friend count (hey, I’m a businessman too, I know the game), and also because I thought it was funny that a hotel, particularly the Super 8, sent me a friend request. However, the friend request I really want to get is from the Traveler Inn. The Traveler is a little off-the-highway craphole in Davenport that boasts closed circuit TVs on their sign. I guess at one point that was a big draw. That one point? 1955. I’ve never been... Read More
