100 Laughs starts with zero and does not stop until they reach 100 audience laughs! Along the way you will enjoy many different improv games that you, the audience, have complete control of! For September only, the Rock Island Public Library one-day book sale extends to 2 days!  The sale goes from 10 am to 1pm, Friday, September 22, AND Saturday, September 23  at the Rock Island Downtown Library, 401 19th Street Shop our great selection of books and other materials for all ages. We have selected SCHOOL EXEC CONNECT, an educational search firm, to assist us in this process. Charles Butler is a familiar face, but his new title is unfamiliar to the Rock Island-Milan School District. The future of the Quad-Cities arts scene will step up to the stage as young artists from throughout the area are featured in the Quad Cities Youth Music & Arts Festival from 4 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 16 at Schwiebert Park in downtown Rock Island.
