The City of Bettendorf hosts their 4th Annual Winter Carnival this Saturday Feb 1 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Activities will be set up throughout Bettendorf for the 2020 Winter Carnival. All activities are free and open to all ages! Stop by the Bettendorf Library (2950 Learning Campus Drive) for some amazing and all-inclusive fun.
