OMG Beckyfest Returns to Downtown Davenport with Handmade, Vintage, & Kid Vendors

Crafted QC will be hosting its fifth indie arts festival, OMG Beckyfest, Friday, August 23, 6-9 PM and Saturday, August 24, 10 AM-4 PM,  in the Great Hall of the RiverCenter, Downtown Davenport, IA. This FREE shopping event features over 120 vendors from the QC and all over the Midwest selling unique handcrafted items and vintage finds. Twelve kid makers will have their own booths with handmade items ranging from sewn cat toys, to green cleaning products, to original paintings. Bucktown Is Back!

Bucktown is back.   The art gallery is reopening today after being closed for over two months due to the Flood of 2019. Sunrise Galleries East in the Bucktown Center for the Arts is reinstalling paintings and photography after having the business closed since April 30th when a Hesco barrier broke flooding Downtown Davenport. Gallery owners Jane Doty and Jim Elias will be in their business today from 10:00am to 3:00pm hanging art they removed during the flood.
