Are you a fan of motorcycles? How about antique motorcycles? Then this is the event for you! Chief Blackhawk Antique Motorcycle Club is hosting their 46th Annual Davenport Meet from Sep 1-3 at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds! Gates open at 8 a.m. all three days, and admission is free. Donations at the gate are appreciated, however. This year’s theme is ‘Motorcycles of the 70s’, but motorcycles, scooters, 3-wheelers and minibikes 35 years old and older will be on display. Cambridge Summer Community Theater Program Starts Tuesday with “Tom ‘n’ Huck”

On Tuesday, Aug. 3rd, Cambridge’s College Square Park will be the site of a summer theater performance of Craig Sodaro’s “Tom ‘n’ Huck,” starting at 7:30 p.m. The play is the first performance of a summer community theater program, thanks to the support of the summer AIM Program through the Henry Stark Bureau Regional Office of Education.
