Davenport West High Diamond Dancers Score Big At Iowa State Dance Championships

The Davenport West High School Diamond Dancers achieved great success at the Iowa State Dance/Drill Team Association (ISDTA) State Dance Team Championships last Friday. The team received a Distinguished Academic Award (3.5-4.0 Team GPA), 7th place in Class IV Lyrical, 6th place in Class XIV Pom, and 4th place in Class III Kick. Junior Addison Aleksiejczyk also placed 2nd in Class X Solos, which is the highest soloist placing in school history!
