The Friends of the LeClaire Community Library have received a large donation of art prints from local artist Raphael Iaccarino and held a reception today to allow library patrons to meet and thank the artist.  Iaccarino is an internationally recognized artist whose paintings are exhibited in public and private collections worldwide.
