St. George’s 15th Annual ‘Our Big Fat Greek Festival’ is happening this Friday Sep 6 from 4 – 11 p.m. and Saturday Sep 7 from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. at the Saint George Greek Orthodox Church (2930 31st Ave. Rock  Island). The Colonel Davenport Historical Foundation opens the historic Quarters One mansion to the public for guided tours this weekend! Tours of Quarters One will take place on Sunday July 28. The tours will begin at 12 p.m. and continue starting every half hour until the last tour at 4 p.m. The tour costs $10 per person. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
