The Quad City Storm has added Jake Toporowski to its hockey staff as an assistant coach.  Toporowski is the first assistant coach in the history of the franchise. That’s right, the annual Labor Day “Run with Carl” race is celebrating their 25th anniversary this Monday Sep 2 at Bettendorf Life Fitness Center (2222 Middle Road Bettendorf).
