The Storm is storming forward with a new season, promotions and a community initiative to skate new hockey fans into their TaxSlayer home. The team will hold a press conference to announce plans at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26 at the TaxSlayer Center, Moline.    The new hockey team will release the 2018-2019 inaugural season promotional schedule, introduce their non-profit fundraising program and give a sneak peek at the Power Grafx Merchandise Store.
