Ukrainian-style eggs, or pysanky, are eggshells that are decorated with traditional Ukrainian folk designs using a batik process using layers of wax and dye to “write” on eggshells. Inspired by Thorton Wilder’s classic, “Our Town,” “Their Town” presents life, marriage, and death in a small midwestern town.
