Tripmaster Monkey will return to local stages for the first time in five years this weekend! The group, arguably the most popular band in the Quad-Cities in the ‘90s, which was signed to Sire and Elektra Records and had a video shot in the area, “Shutters Closed,” on MTV, has returned with a new album, “My East Is Your West,” and will be performing at 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27 at the Redstone Room in Davenport.
