United Way Quad Cities Gives Out Over $109K for Covid Rebuilding

A year into the pandemic, United Way Quad Cities has awarded $109,528 to 11 local nonprofits helping to meet residents’ emerging and evolving needs related to their education, income and health. Quad Cities Community Foundation awards nearly half-million in grants to 27 nonprofits

Twenty-seven nonprofits were awarded just over $470,000 in grants from the Quad Cities Community Foundation’s Coordinated Field of Interest Grant Program. The grant program includes awards from 10 funds made possible by donors at the Quad Cities Community Foundation. Quad Cities Music Festival Dawn and On has announced Family Resources as their charity partner for the 2019 event. A portion of all ticket sales will be donated directly to the Family Resources’ Engaging Males program for music mentoring.
