BREAKING NEWS: The Quad Cities’ grassroots music festival “Dawn and On” revealed their talent lineup on Tuesday for their 2021 event, taking place on July 10, 2021 at Schwiebert Park in Rock Island. BREAKING: Organizers for the Dawn and On has announced plans to return to Rock Island’s Schwiebert Park for their 6th Annual Music Festival on Saturday July 10.  Last summer’s festival was ultimately cancelled due to COVID-19.  This will mark the fest’s second year at Schwiebert after the previous 4 years in Moline. The Quad Cities’ grassroots music festival “Dawn and On” will rise over Rock Island’s Schwiebert Park Saturday! The day-long festival, now heading into it’s fifth year, had previously been held at Moline’s North Shore Inn in each of it’s first 4 years. A portion of all ticket sales will be donated directly to the Family Resources’ Engaging Males program for music mentoring. Dawn And On is still going on and on, and the annual local band fest centered around the area band The Dawn will return July 7. For the fourth consecutive year, The Dawn and On Music Festival will bring a full-day of live music to the property of Len Brown’s North Shore Inn in Moline. This year’s event takes place on July 7 with live music running from noon to midnight.
