Dawn and On Music Festival Shining On Schwiebert Park

The Quad Cities’ grassroots music festival “Dawn and On” will rise over Rock Island’s Schwiebert Park Saturday! The day-long festival, now heading into it’s fifth year, had previously been held at Moline’s North Shore Inn in each of it’s first 4 years. Dawn and On has grown in attendance each year, exceeding 1500 attendees in 2018. Dawn And On Partners With Family Resources For Fest

Quad Cities Music Festival Dawn and On has announced Family Resources as their charity partner for the 2019 event. A portion of all ticket sales will be donated directly to the Family Resources’ Engaging Males program for music mentoring. This will mark the third year that Dawn and On has partnered with a local charity.
