BREAKING: Organizers for the Dawn and On has announced plans to return to Rock Island’s Schwiebert Park for their 6th Annual Music Festival on Saturday July 10.  Last summer’s festival was ultimately cancelled due to COVID-19.  This will mark the fest’s second year at Schwiebert after the previous 4 years in Moline. Quad Cities Music Festival Dawn and On has announced Family Resources as their charity partner for the 2019 event. A portion of all ticket sales will be donated directly to the Family Resources’ Engaging Males program for music mentoring. For the fourth consecutive year, The Dawn and On Music Festival will bring a full-day of live music to the property of Len Brown’s North Shore Inn in Moline. This year’s event takes place on July 7 with live music running from noon to midnight. This year’s event takes place on July 8 with live music running from noon to midnight.
