BREAKING: Renew Moline Partnering With Bush Development To Refurbish Riverstone Building

Renew Moline has announced the selection of Bush Development as its partner to give new life to 1701 5th Avenue in Moline. The property was formerly the headquarters of the Riverstone Group and includes a two-story 35,064-square-foot building and a parking lot directly north of the building. The Riverstone Group donated the property to Renew in August 2022 to spur new life and economic development into downtown Moline. Illinois Project NOW Adds Refrigerated Box Truck To Fleet

One of Project NOW’s newest fleet additions is literally a life saver. Project NOW’s new refrigerated box truck began hitting the streets last fall to help those facing food insecurity. The truck, which is grant funded, is being used as a mobile food pantry—providing food to areas that have been defined as “food deserts.” Those areas include the west end of Rock Island, the Floreciente neighborhood, East Moline, and Silvis. The Quad City Storm has finalized rescheduling of the games that were not played on December 22nd and December 23rd due to inclement weather.Decades Night versus the Vermilion County Bobcats, originally scheduled for Thursday December 22nd, will now be played on Thursday March 23rd at 6:10 PM.Radar’s Birthday versus the Vermilion County Bobcats, originally scheduled for Friday December 23rd, will now be played on Friday February 3rd at 7:10 PM. MACOMB/MOLINE, IL – – Western Illinois University alumna Aleah Pannell has taken on new heights since her time at WIU. After finishing her education and transferring from Springfield Technical Community College, Pannell graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in May 2021. While at WIU, Pannell completed an internship with Hutchinson Engineering and didn’t look back.
