It's Last Call For Quad-Cities Craft Beer Week Today!

Today is last call for QC Craft Beer Week! Throughout the past two years, hundreds of craft beer lovers from 17 different states have blazed the QC Ale Trail.  The QC Ale Trail invites beer lovers on a self-guided tour of the local craft breweries across the Quad Cities region. To close out QC Craft Beer Week, there will be a QC Tap Takeover happening on Saturday, May 15 at Five Cities Brewing.  Starting at 11 a.m., it will be all QC craft beer on tap from our local breweries.  $1 from every pint sold will be donated to the River Bend Food Bank.  Lopiez Pizza will be there from 12-4... Read More

Double Threat Studios Debuts 'Newsies' This Weekend

The new Bettendorf-based Double Threat Studios will debut the musical “Newsies” May 14th, 15th, & 16th at Assumption High School, 1020 W. Central Park Ave., Davenport. Rock Island County Covid Update: Numbers Going Down In Illinois Quad-Cities

The covid-19 numbers are thankfully going down in the Illinois Quad-Cities. Just a week ago, there was some talk about the Quad-Cities potentially being in danger of another lockdown due to rising numbers in its Region 2 spurred by skyrocketing numbers in the Peoria area. However, Illinois Governor JB Pritzker said that numbers wouldn’t automatically trigger another lockdown and that they would be taken in a case-by-case basis and perspective.
