You can schedule your vaccine appointment without having to hear from them first: New appointments are being accepted now for Express – Duck Creek in Bettendorf for anyone age 16 and older, and Express Care – North Port in Muscatine for anyone age 18 and older. BREAKING NEWS: Rock Island County covid-19 numbers have remained steady over the past week, but the numbers in and around Peoria continue to look ominous for Illinois Region 2, which includes the Illinois Quad-Cities. A year after it was forced to cancel the planned “Shrek,” on Thursday night (April 15) it opens the Quad-Cities premiere of “Bright Star,” a musical by Steve Martin and Edie Brickell.
