Thank you to the Scott County Regional Authority (SCRA) for awarding Bettendorf Schools $46,500 for two grants. Herbert Hoover Inclusive Learning Playground – $42,500 The funds will be used to supplement the renovation of the Herbert Hoover Elementary playground with inclusive play space and additional accessible opportunities. Funds will help cover the installation of a new outdoor learning structure. Those thinking about a new career can find help this January at the Bettendorf Public Library. On January 6th the Library, along with Black Hawk College’s Angela Striegel, is hosting a presentation to help job seekers craft attention-grabbing resumes.
