The Scott County Regional Authority (SCRA) has awarded Bettendorf Schools $46,500 for two grants. Herbert Hoover Inclusive Learning Playground – $42,500. The funds will be used to supplement the renovation of the Herbert Hoover Elementary playground with inclusive play space and additional accessible opportunities.
