The Bettendorf Community School District is announcing recent selections for district administrators beginning their new positions for the 2022-2023 school year. Jillian Bresnan Principal Grant Wood Elementary   We are pleased to announce that Jillian Bresnan has been selected as the Grant Wood Elementary Principal beginning with the 2022-2023 school year, pending board approval. Scott County Regional Authority Awards Bettendorf Schools Nearly $50,000 In Grants

The Scott County Regional Authority (SCRA) has awarded Bettendorf Schools $46,500 for two grants. Herbert Hoover Inclusive Learning Playground – $42,500. The funds will be used to supplement the renovation of the Herbert Hoover Elementary playground with inclusive play space and additional accessible opportunities. Funds will help cover the installation of a new outdoor learning structure. Safe Bus Stops for Bettendorf Students – $4,000. The grant will fund stop-arm cameras for Bettendorf school buses.
