Support Available For Households Previously Living At 324 Main Street in Davenport

Each household that lived at 324 Main Street in downtown Davenport is now eligible for a total of $3,500 in financial assistance from the Quad Cities Disaster Recovery Fund at the Quad Cities Community Foundation. The fund was activated after the partial building collapse earlier this summer. The article “Searching for our Mississippi” by Edward Robert McClelland details his five- day adventure along the Mississippi River in Illinois from East Dubuque to Cairo. The photographs by David Kasnic beautifully captures their journey. McClelland and Kasnic visited Rock Island and Moline in April 2023. They stopped at the Mississippi River Visitor Center on Rock Island Arsenal Island. In Moline, they stopped by Lagomarcino’s for lunch.
