According to the story, distance learning via computer, which was put in place over the past week, will remain in effect through the end of this current school year. There was no information regarding graduation ceremonies, other events, or grading or other policies.

The online schooling features a number of lessons put forth by the teachers for students to complete and turn in online, with teachers available for video conferences. Students are graded on attendance for logging in daily and are graded on their completion of assignments.

There has been no official announcement or comment by Illinois Quad-Cities school districts. Local schools and educators have done an excellent job of keeping up with the developments and helping area children and families, not only through distance learning, but through meal distribution and care package policies (see calendar embedded here).
