Get TYED Together for a great cause this weekend!

Back for the second year, TYED Together takes place this Sunday Jun 23 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Freight House Farmers’ Market (421 W River Drive Moline).Get TYED Together at the Freight House

Come listen to live music, shop at the market, do some arts and crafts, and of course tie-dye for free! Bring a shirt or buy from one of the vendors! Free fun for the whole family!

There will also be art, face paint, bubbles, chalk, and other crafts, as well as Streets of Italy pizza!

Performing on the stage:

The Ellis Kell Winter Blues All-Stars          10 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.

Hum Hum & The Crash                               11 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.

The Merchants                                             12 p.m. – 12:45 p.m.

Indiana Solo                                                  1 p.m. – 2 p.m.

 

All donations and proceeds from TYED Together will go to benefit HAVlife. HAVlife Quad Cities was the first of three HAVlife chapters established to shed light on lost potential in youth ages 10 to 15. Full of athletic aspirations, musical passions, and artistic talents, these dreamer’s zest for life runs deep. Unfortunately for some, financial burdens and life’s obstacles trump ambition, leaving dreams untouched and potential lost. Through local school systems, community organizations and generous individuals, HAVlife works with these individuals to Prevent Lost Potential! Whether it be providing funds for a young boy to attend a local music camp, or for a young girl to attend a soccer camp her family can’t afford, HAVlife provides the resources students need to pursue their musical aspirations and athletic goals.
