Before you dig into your Thanksgiving feast, join the Scott County YMCA for their 31st Annual Turkey Trot!  There is a 1 mile, 5K, and 5-mile option.

Wednesday, November 23rd – 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Thursday, November 24th – 6:30 – 8 AM

 

Schedule of Events

8:30 a.m.            1 Mile Family Fun Run

9 a.m.                 5K Run/Walk (with FREE Child Watch)

9:05 a.m.            5 Mile Run/Walk (with FREE Child Watch)

10 a.m.               Post-Race Party with free refreshments in the Y Parking Lot

 

 

Course Information

The race starts/finishes on West 2nd Street, Downtown Davenport – in front of the Davenport Family YMCA

 

1 Mile – fast and flat.

5K Certified Course – 2nd Street, left on Main Street (hill), turn after Locust, head back down Main Street (downhill), right on 2nd street…FINISH.

5-Mile Certified Course – 2nd Street, left on Main Street (hill), right on Lombard Street, left on Brady Street, left on Central Park, enter flat Vander Veer Park, left on Central Park, left on Harrison Street, left on Lombard Street, right on Main Street (downhill), right on 2nd Street…FINISH.

1 Mile Family Fun Run:

Prize for fastest girl & boy.

Ribbons to all child participants.

 

5-Mile Certified Run/Walk:

Prize for overall male and female winner.

 

Overall winners are not eligible for age-group awards.
