Celebrate the 25th Anniversary of VIVA Quad Cities and the annual VIVA Quad Cities Fiesta! This Saturday, Sep 8 from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. at LeClaire Park in Davenport, VIVA Quad Cities will be hosting their annual Fiesta for all to enjoy!
