City Of Moline Searching For A New High Speed Broadband Provider

Moline is restarting its search for a new high speed broadband provider – this time with help from consultants – in order to take a fresh look at the City’s needs and available services. City Council members have sought to ensure that all residents and businesses within the city have access to at least 1 gigabyte fiber service since at least 2019. Crafted QC will be hosting its indie arts festival, Crafty Cat (formerly known as OMG Beckyfest), Friday, December 10, 5-8 PM and Saturday, December 11, 10 AM-4 PM,  in the Great Hall of the RiverCenter, Downtown Davenport, IA. This shopping event features over 100 vendors from the QC and all over the Midwest selling unique handcrafted items and vintage finds. Sixteen kid makers will have their own booths with handmade items ranging from sewn cat toys, to green cleaning products, to original paintings.
