Today, Congresswoman Cheri Bustos (IL-17), helped to pass legislation to suspend normal trade relations with Russia and Belarus to further isolate Putin from the global economy. In an effort to promote different career paths and occupations, IowaWORKS will host a Multi-Employer Hiring Event at the job center, 1801A East Kimberly Road, Davenport, on Wednesday, March 16 from 10 am until 2 pm. Twenty employers have been invited to share career opportunities and will be pre-screening candidates for potential employment.
