Quad Cities Restaurant Week celebrates its eighth year for delighting diners during this local culinary celebration on February 24-March 1, 2020, organized by Visit Quad Cities.  Visit www.qcrestaurantweek.com and discover 40 Quad Cities’ eateries and their featured specials for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

“Restaurant Week is an opportunity to promote our local QC culinary experience,” said Dave Herrell, President and CEO, Visit Quad Cities.  “Restaurants are vitally important to the Quad Cities regional destination and the more we support them the better.  We are also fired up about Amanda Puck coming to the area to share her insights and vast industry expertise with Quad Citizens.”

Culinary and hospitality expert from Chicago, Amanda Puck, joins Visit Quad Cities during Quad Cities Restaurant Week this year.  This two-time Emmy Award-winning former host of “Check, Please” shares her knowledge of new food trends as guest speaker during a lunch open to the public on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Bend Event Center, 910 Bend Blvd. in East Moline, Ill.  Tickets are $27 and are available at www.qcrestaurantweek.com

Amanda says, “I look forward to visiting the Quad Cities, to share the things I am passionate about, like food, service and hospitality.  Whether you are running restaurants, or grocery stores, it is all about enhancing the customer experience.”

Ms. Puck was the Managing Partner of Spago Chicago Restaurant and is now the Director of Strategic Brand Development for Mariano’s, a supermarket chain in Chicago.  Mariano’s are designed and built to deliver the highest quality products from around the world and those produced locally to shoppers with unequaled service and hospitality.
