The ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) Funding Study Closes July 25. Please take this short survey if you live, work, own property, or a business in Rock Island. This once-in-a-lifetime federal funding is important, and City leaders want to hear from you.
The survey is about broad funding priorities for ARPA dollars. The Library is NOT specifically listed, though we do serve several of the priorities listed. To support the library specifically, please write us in under question 6!
