The ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) Funding Study Closes July 25. Please take this short survey if you live, work, own property, or a business in Rock Island. This once-in-a-lifetime federal funding is important, and City leaders want to hear from you. The survey is about broad funding priorities for ARPA dollars.
