One hundred enthusiastic Davenport Community School District 7th graders recently attended the Hands-On Trades (HOT) Expo! where they dove into the world of building trades, gaining invaluable insights into various career paths through engaging hands-on activities.

From plumbing to electrical work, drywall to HVAC, shingling to framing, our students got firsthand experience in a range of essential trades. It was a day filled with discovery, exploration, and hands-on learning that sparked curiosity and excitement for future career possibilities!
