One of the most unique, colorful, fun, and creative stores in the Quad-Cities is going to be closing its doors. Crafted QC, at 221 E. 2nd St., will be shutting down for good at the end of August. The Quad City Storm has signed Carter Shinkaruk. A 29-year-old forward from Langley, British Columbia, Shinkaruk has more than 50 games of SPHL experience with the Evansville Thunderbolts and Huntsville Havoc and most recently played with FPHL Elmira during the 2021-2022 season.  In Elmira he tallied 8 goals and 24 assists to lead the league in scoring.  Read More
