The Stacks, a new immersive theatre piece created by QC actor/director Ben Gougeon, will hold its world premiere February 22-March 2 and will be hosted by Sound Conservatory in downtown Moline. The show will take place in the old library stacks of the newly relocated music academy at the former Carnegie Library. Rock Island High School is hosting its annual FAFSA Completion Workshop night! Families can receive assistance in completing the 2024-25 FAFSA. Western Illinois played two on Sunday, a doubleheader at Arkansas-Pine Bluff that saw the Leathernecks split the day, losing in the first game, but coming up victorious in the second. A massive day at the plate saw senior Gabriela Drager extend her hitting streak to seven games, as she went 5-6 with a walk, two runs, and two RBIs on the day. A Monday series finale saw the Leathernecks take a loss in a game dominated by pitching.
