The Bettendorf Public Library’s Trax in the Stax program is returning to in-person programming on Thursday, September 23rd at 7:00 PM. Trax In The Stax Returning To Bettendorf Public LibraryThe unique music listening event will feature librarian Lucas Berns as he offers attendees a brief introduction to the popular “Rough Guide” CD series. The free event will take place at the Bettendorf Public Library located at 2950 Learning Campus Dr. in Bettendorf and no registration is required to attend.

The September Trax in the Stax will embrace the Global Gathering World Tour theme, inviting participants the opportunity to experience a little sonic globe-trotting. Since the mid-nineties, the Rough Guide CD series has highlighted music, contemporary and traditional, from around the world. Trax from the Stax takes place on the third Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM. Tshis event is a part of the 2021 Global Gathering World Tour and is sponsored by The Bettendorf Public Library Foundation, Quad City Bank & Trust, Morgan Stanley, HNI Corporation, and Bettendorf Rotary.
