The 2017 Cruise-In is happening at SouthPark Mall in Moline (4500 16th Street) on Saturday, May 13 from 5-8 p.m. This is a free event for spectators! A Beatles tribute band, kids activities, food, other live music and more highlights this year’s East Moline Freedom Fest, helping local veterans and taking place Friday and Saturday, Aug. 5-6 on 15th Avenue in downtown East Moline. After a 10 year hiatus the city is excited to bring a downtown festival back to East Moline.
