Howard Health Quarters is at it again with another amazing Free Community Yoga event! This one of a kind Yoga presentation will be held at the TaxSlayer Center (1201 River Drive Moline) on Saturday Nov 9 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Come for Yoga or just come to visit with vendors!Free Community Yoga Returns to the TaxSlayer!

This session, designed for all levels of skill, will be instructed by the one and only, Aaron Howard. Aaron is a certified Yoga instructor, a registered nurse, has a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance and is also the founder and owner of Howard Health Quarters. In addition, Aaron provides health coaching that focuses on a unique individual approach to developing healthy habits and lifestyle changes to improve your health.

 

Here is the agenda for this event:

9 a.m.                                Doors open to visit with vendors

9:50 a.m.                          Kids Yoga Drop Off

10 a.m.                              Kids Yoga with Daina Lewis

10 – 10:05 a.m.               Yoga Introduction

10:05 – 10:50 a.m.          Yoga led by Aaron Howard

10:50 – 11 a.m.               Presentation of Sponsor/Vendor giveaways

11 a.m. – 1 p.m.              Visit with vendors, receive FREE massages from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Wellness, free food, snacks, free coffee samples, free wine samples for participants 21 and over!
