Illinois Quad-Cities area students can learn documentary filmmaking through March 10 with Fresh Films, based in Rock Island!

Fresh Films is kicking off our next film project – Roku Change Makers: Documentary Filmmaking – on March 10 and we would love to have your students join us! This project is all about making a difference through the power of film and storytelling!

Every Thursday from 4 – 6:30pm starting March 10, teens will learn all the ins and outs of documentary filmmaking as they create their own short doc about a change maker who is making a difference within their community.

Thanks to our partners at Roku, teens will get to learn about documentary filmmaking from the pro’s that work for the streaming service AND if Roku likes their documentary, they will stream it on their platform!
