Group O Announces Executive Leadership Transitions to Support Long-Term Growth

Group O today announced two executive leadership appointments designed to support the company’s continued growth and long-term strategic success.

Bob Marriott will transition from Chief Financial Officer to a newly established role as Chief Planning Officer. In this position, Marriott will focus on long-term enterprise planning, corporate governance, and legal strategy.

Marriott’s transition follows more than 33 years of leadership with Group O, where he has played a significant role in the company’s growth and evolution.

“Group O has always succeeded by thinking ahead and investing in the future,” said Marriott. “After more than three decades with this organization, I’m excited to help shape the next chapter of our growth by focusing on long-term planning, governance, and creating opportunities that will strengthen the company for years to come.”

At the same time, Suerrette Franck will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Franck brings nearly 15 years of experience with Group O and has served in a variety of leadership positions across finance, product development, innovation, and technology. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Finance and has been a member of the company’s executive leadership team for many years.

“Group O’s success has always been built on strong relationships, operational excellence, and a commitment to growth,” said Franck. “I am honored to step into this role and look forward to building on our strong financial foundation while helping support the next phase of the company’s strategic vision.”

According to Group O leadership, the transition reflects a deliberate succession planning process that leverages the strengths of two experienced leaders while positioning the organization for future success.

“Bob’s strategic insight and leadership have helped shape Group O for more than three decades, while Suerrette’s broad business experience and financial expertise make her exceptionally prepared for this role,” said Gregg Ontiveros, Principal Owner of Group O. “Together, these appointments ensure continuity, strengthen our leadership team, and position us for continued growth.”
