A ‘Murder’ous New Show Hits Circa ’21 Next Weekend

Just after midnight, a snowdrift stops the Orient Express in its tracks. The luxurious train is surprisingly full for the time of the year, but by the morning, it is one passenger fewer.

An American tycoon lies dead in his compartment, stabbed eight times, his door locked from the inside. Isolated and with a killer in their midst, the passengers rely on detective Hercule Poirot to identify the murderer — in case he or she decides to strike again. Ken Ludwig’s clever adaptation of the Agatha Christie classic boasts all the glamour, intrigue and suspense of Dame Agatha’s celebrated novel, with a healthy dose of humor to quicken the pace.

Directed by Cory Johnson, the star studded cast features Kimberly VanDerGinst, Tom Walljasper, Shelley Walljasper, Savannah Bay Strandin, Kyle DeFAuw among others!

Sevendust Return To The Rust Belt

Sevendust are returning to East Moline’s Rust Belt at 7 p.m. Saturday night!

Tickets are available at the Rust Belt and all Ticketmaster outlets.

Sevendust never follow a linear path. Instead, they continue to bulldoze a lane of their own with a proven
one-two punch of rumbling grooves, unpredictable riffing, and stirringly soulful vocals unlike anything else
in hard rock. As a result, their music connects straight to the heart as evidenced by their full-contact live
shows and diehard “family” of fans. It’s why they’ve been around since 1994, tallied global sales of seven
million, logged three gold-selling albums, delivered three Top 15 debuts on the Billboard 200, and
garnered a GRAMMY® Award nomination in the category of “Best Metal Performance.” They’re the rare
force of nature who not only graced the bills of Woodstock and OZZfest, but also Shiprocked! and Sonic
Temple and some of the largest stages around the globe. Along the way, they’ve notably collaborated with
everyone from members of Deftones, Daughtry, and Staind to Alter Bridge, Periphery, and Xzibit. 2020
saw them deliver one of the most-acclaimed albums of their career with Blood & Stone, which Metal
Hammer christened “Sevendust’s best work in years” and Outburn dubbed “everything a Sevendust fan
could want.”

Rosie and the Rivets Coming To Rhythm City

Rosie and the Rivets are coming to Rhythm City Casino for at 8:30 p.m. show Friday night!
Rosie & The Rivets perform the best danceable music of the 1950’s and early 1960’s along with some current hits with a retro twist. Not your typical ‘oldies playing oldies’ band, they perform a high energy show that’s fun for all ages. Rosie & The Rivets feature powerhouse lead vocals, skillful musicianship, tight harmonies and great stage presence. Sticklers for detail, much research went into their stage production; period correct clothes and hair along with vintage guitars, drums, and even microphones assure you’ll be in for a truly theatrical experience both visually and musically.
