BREAKING NEWS: The Quad Cities’ grassroots music festival “Dawn and On” revealed their talent lineup on Tuesday for their 2021 event, taking place on July 10, 2021 at Schwiebert Park in Rock Island. With its roots in jam music, the festival’s lineup features local and national performers and remains diverse with a mix of rock, funk, bluegrass and folk bands. Dawn And On is still going on and on, and the annual local band fest centered around the area band The Dawn will return July 7. For the fourth consecutive year, The Dawn and On Music Festival will bring a full-day of live music to the property of Len Brown’s North Shore Inn in Moline. This year’s event takes place on July 7 with live music running from noon to midnight. The festival, founded in 2015 by Sean Ryan of The Dawn and Mike Mathews of Catapult Marketing offers a diverse blend of live bands ranging in styles from jam to bluegrass to funk.
