QC Strikers Soccer Club is hosting a “Meet the Strikers” night on March 7, 6:00-7:00 pm at TBK Sports Complex on the indoor soccer turf. This event is open to the following birth years: 2012 girls, 2013 girls, 2014 boys, and 2015/16 girls that are interested in learning soccer in a fun and competitive environment at the TBK complex. The Quad City Strikers Soccer Club’s U15 boys team has won the three-peat! For the third year in a row, the team has won the Iowa Presidents Cup over the other top-ranked teams from around the state. The Warriors won the state of Iowa’s Presidents Cup tournament over the weekend in thrilling fashion, going undefeated and fighting for a tough 2-1 win over UFA DesMoines in the title game, their fourth consecutive win against the highly touted DesMoines club. Andrew will be offering a program developed to build each players confidence with the ball and love for the game. Through targeted games and practices participants will not only increase their ability to manipulate the ball with their feet, they will also develop a positive relationship with the sport.
