Come see FLOTSAM! River Circus in Le Claire, IA on August 23rd! FLOTSAM! is a troupe of musicians, circus artists, and puppeteers traveling on a handmade raft, giving free performances in riverfront towns along the way. Performance starts at 6 pm and should be done by 7:30. Bring a blanket or lawn chair to sit on, come early for a good spot! The performance is FREE, but donations are much appreciated. Take part in the largest paddle on the Mississippi! Floatzilla 2020 will happen this Saturday Aug 20. Experience the Mississippi River free of commercial barge traffic. All paddle crafts are welcome to participate, but only kayaks and canoes are allowed in Lock 15. This year due to the COVID-19 pandemic some aspects of Floatzilla have been altered.
