Moonlight Festival Lights Up Downtown Silvis

The 18th Annual Moonlight Festival in Silvis is officially upon us! The theme this year is ‘Grand Prix’ so zoom on into this festival for a great time! On Saturday Aug 24, downtown Silvis will be transformed into a block party like none other. There will be crafts, a cruise-in, free activities for kids, live music, the only lighted parade in the Quad Cities and more!
