Western Illinois University student organizations and departments are invited to register for the Fall 2025 All-WIU Fair, scheduled from 3-5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27 in the Campus Mall Area.

The All WIU Fair provides an opportunity for student organizations, University departments and local volunteer groups to engage with new and returning students, highlight their services and missions and help students find ways to get involved on campus.

Registration is now open at wiu.presence.io/form/student-organization-and-university-department-office-fair-registration-fall-2025. Student organizations must be registered through the Office of Student Engagement to participate in the fair. The deadline to register is Monday, Aug. 25.
