On Friday, January 21, 2022, the Iowa Chapter of Certified Public Accountants is personally donating a new book to several first-grade classrooms in the Davenport Community School District. Local CPAs will be reading, “When I Grow Up I Want to Be An Accountant,” by Dr. Adrian L. Mayse, CPA, to these first graders. Rock Island Center for Math & Science raised $1,000 for QC Paws through its Leader in Me service project “Cause for 4 Paws”! Students and staff raised funds through various fundraisers the school held and presented a check to the local animal shelter this week.
