USCF-rated Open Section (Iowa Mini-Qualifier): USCF and IASCA membership required. Unrated Beginner Kids Section: For kids just getting started in tournament play and do not have a USCF rating. $10 entry fee. Additional information: Byes: One 1/2 point bye per player. Last round bye must be requested prior to the start of round 2. Byes for other rounds must be requested 1 hour prior to start of round.
