Mark Torgl is an American actor. Among Troma fans, he is best known for playing Melvin Ferd in The Toxic Avenger and has also appeared in The First Turn-On, Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV, Return of Nuke ‘Em High and Toxic Tutu.
