This family-friendly market takes place in the parking lot of Skeleton Key Art and Antiques at 520 18th Street, Rock Island, and features a variety of art, local produce, handcrafted goods and more. Customers and sellers are encouraged to dress up in their favorite Halloween costume for the Fall Fling.
