Walk Kicks Off National Autism Awareness Month

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 1 in 68 children (1 in 42 boys and 1 in 189 girls) are identified as having Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).  April is National Autism Awareness Month and is an excellent opportunity to promote autism awareness, autism acceptance and to draw attention to the tens of thousands facing an autism diagnoses every year.
