Circa ’21 Dinner Playhouse was denied by the state of Illinois to be re-classified as a restaurant, and the 43-year-old local institution will petition the state a second time, to help it stay in business. On Monday, because of new dining restrictions put into place by Illinois Gov. Isabel Bloom Closing Moline, LeClaire Locations, Consolidating In Davenport Shop

Isabel Bloom has decided to consolidate its Quad-Cities retail locations into its East Village location, cutting its Moline store after 30 years in business and its LeClaire shop after six years.
